Short explanation of the title. It comes from what I do for living - I am automation engineer. My work is to travel to the site, make machinery running and go to another place. Except of travelling in my home country - Poland, recently I've started travelling worldwide. Last year I was in USA, this year I'm in India in Mumbai area.
Right now I am more than 3 weeks here, I did registration which is required by law (whole story about it) and I work, work, work. Not much time for myself but I enjoy it. Totally different culture, food, not to mention music. All this is of course known to you. I will try to write something on my personal experiences, some details, stories which hapened to me.
My general impression is that people here are extremally friendly. Not always they know how to make you happy or pleased, but they will try as much as they can. I like them for that effort. I think that most of us think about India through we saw in Slumdog Millionaire. Well... reality is not so colorful. I was alerady three times in the city of Mumbai, one time we were driving through kind of slum area and I can say that you can't prepare yourself for what you will see. Even in the city centre. We were going to Hard Rock Cafe. It was on a street where I think about 200 of homeless people live (on a distance of about 400 meters or 1200 feet - whatever you choose), next to the curb Mercedes S class is parked, a few meters further is car dealership of I think Roll-Royce and so on. Shocking contrast.
